Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our 6 restaurants. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the establishment, providing excellent customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff members.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and control costs
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
