Taphouse On Walton is the areas premier bar and restaurant in beatiful Armory Square. We are looking for experienced and driven Bartenders who have strong customer service skills.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about mixology, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, interacting with customers, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure sufficient stock
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service practices
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent service and create a positive atmosphere for guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Must be of legal drinking age and have the necessary certifications for alcohol service in the area

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
