Qualifications of Route Delivery Driver:

• Strong customer relations and communication skills. We're looking for people who are upbeat and enjoy people.
• Ability to promote new items within existing customers.
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds.
• A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH GOOD DRIVING RECORD A MUST!
• This position requires a DOT physical and adherence to company safety policies, which will be performed once the job has been offered if needed.
• Must be 21 Yrs. Old

Duties of this Route Delivery Driver are:

• Driving a company owned truck on an established route.
• Exchanging products(mats, towels, mops, air fresheners, etc.) at customers businesses.
• Delivering paper products, soaps and other supplies.
• Loading and unloading of delivery vehicle each day and completion of paperwork.
• This position is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, handling customer requests, promoting products and communicating these to our staff.
• Employees are required to begin their route by 6 a.m. Routes just work 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday.

Pay is based on the size of the route and is $17.50 per hour during training which is approximately one month long, depending on speed of learning and route availability.

Route pay range is $36,400-$55,000 plus additional incentives based on the route.

Additional commissions & bonus program available based on performance.
