A healthcare organization in Tennessee is currently seeking a new Senior Network Engineer (WAN) for a great Remote opportunity with their team.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Network Engineer (WAN)
- Coordinate and direct projects/people
- Provide technical solutions to complex business problems
- Make recommendations within appropriate guidelines and policies
- Schedule resources as needed to provide services including potential after hours
Qualifications:
- 9-12 years technical experience with server and network hardware/software
- Extensive knowledge/experience with design and use of network hardware and software
- WAN Palo Alto Firewall / Panorama experience with troubleshooting, rule creation, etc.
- Experience with SASE deployment and support; or ZeroTrust.
- Experience with DDos, BGP, WAN, DNS
- SD-WAN support experience with policy creation, optimization, etc.
- Agile/Scrum familiarity (will work in sprints using user story/feature concepts)
- Experience with Agent Based Network Segmentation with Illumio, Application Dependency Mappin, or Guardicore
Desired Skills:
- Any related certifications
- Experience with Akamai
- Netskope experience
