Job Description
A retail company in Massachusetts is currently seeking a new Endpoint Technology Services Administrator for a great opportunity with their growing staff. In this role, the Endpoint Technology Services Administrator will be responsible for providing Tier 2-3 Support for all PCs, Laptops, Tablets and mobile devices at the company.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work a few days a week onsite.***
Responsibilities:
The Endpoint Technology Services Administrator will:
Support Office 365 Applications
Manage the lifecycle of endpoint hardware and is tasked with its replacement.
Provide strong internal customer support to the company's Partners while remotely diagnosing issues
Handle printer management and support
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on all Desktops. Laptops, Tablets and mobile devices
Maintain all device images
Oversee the management of all endpoint inventory
Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
1 year of experience working in a Service Desk or Desktop Admin position in an Enterprise Scale Environment (10,000 Endpoints)
Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in a relate dfield
Experience with MDM Solutions (Workspace One, Intune).
Knowledge in scripting Languages. (PowerShell, Python, Microsoft SQL)
Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11
Experience Supporting Office 365 Products
Experience administering Endpoints using an MDM administration tool such as VMWare's WorkSpace One or a comparable tool
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Networking
Solid problem solving and time management skills
Great interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
