A retail company in Massachusetts is currently seeking a new Endpoint Technology Services Administrator for a great opportunity with their growing staff. In this role, the Endpoint Technology Services Administrator will be responsible for providing Tier 2-3 Support for all PCs, Laptops, Tablets and mobile devices at the company.

***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work a few days a week onsite.***

Responsibilities:

The Endpoint Technology Services Administrator will:

• Support Office 365 Applications
• Manage the lifecycle of endpoint hardware and is tasked with its replacement.
• Provide strong internal customer support to the company's Partners while remotely diagnosing issues
• Handle printer management and support
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on all Desktops. Laptops, Tablets and mobile devices
• Maintain all device images
• Oversee the management of all endpoint inventory
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working in a Service Desk or Desktop Admin position in an Enterprise Scale Environment (10,000 Endpoints)
• Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in a relate dfield
• Experience with MDM Solutions (Workspace One, Intune).
• Knowledge in scripting Languages. (PowerShell, Python, Microsoft SQL)
• Extensive knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Experience Supporting Office 365 Products
• Experience administering Endpoints using an MDM administration tool such as VMWare's WorkSpace One or a comparable tool
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Networking
• Solid problem solving and time management skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
