A healthcare organization in New York City is currently seeking a licensed NP or PA with a focus in pain management to join their growing team at one of their facilities in the Bronx.
About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: Standard business
• Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

Responsibilities:
The NP/PA will:

• Support the part-time Pain Management PA with the comfort level to Rx opioid medications following guidelines. This is a prescribing position; willing to train the right candidate with some interest/background in pain management.
• Outpatient experience with underserved population strongly preferred.
• Maintain legible and appropriate documentation of medical records
• Participate and attend provider meetings
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• NP: Master's Degree (NP), NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
• PA: Bachelor's degree (PA), NCCPA Certification
• Current Registration to Practice in New York State.
