An investment management firm in New York City is actively seeking a diligent and self-motivated professional to join their staff as their new Structured Credit Operations Analyst. In this role, the Structured Credit Operations Analyst will be responsible for booking of trades into internal accounting system (Geneva).

Responsibilities

The Structured Credit Operations Analyst will:

• Communicate and reconcile trades with the prime broker, custodian, and administrator
• Ensure settlement of all trading activity (DTC eligible and OTC Investments)
• Perform cash and position reconciliations with prime broker, bank accounts, and administrator
• Compile daily P&L Reporting
• Process wires for investments, expenses, fees etc.
• Support the auditor in the annual audit process
• Support compliance on regulatory reporting
• Complete other ad-hoc responsibilities as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of relevant middle office operations experience
• Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized
• Excellent interpersonal skills
