Job Details
A recognized services organization in Colorado is looking to add a new Business Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in assessing operational problems, and proposing solutions.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite a few days a week.***
Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will:
- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and potential business expansion opportunities
- Translate data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making
- Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Assist with project management for selected initiatives
- Identify specific business opportunities and strategize ways to capitalize on them
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks, recommending improvements
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements
- Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
- Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
- Communicate technical information and strategic recommendations to company executives and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and workforce optimization
- Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Data Analysis tools & software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to influence stakeholders and support business projects
