Job Details

A recognized services organization in Colorado is looking to add a new Business Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for playing a pivotal role in assessing operational problems, and proposing solutions.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite a few days a week.***
Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will:

  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and potential business expansion opportunities
  • Translate data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making
  • Create reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Assist with project management for selected initiatives
  • Identify specific business opportunities and strategize ways to capitalize on them
  • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks, recommending improvements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements
  • Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation
  • Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
  • Communicate technical information and strategic recommendations to company executives and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product managers on roadmap planning and workforce optimization
  • Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis tools & software
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and support business projects

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science)
