Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and analyze reports on clinical outcomes, financial performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Conduct quantitative analyses of utilization and healthcare data, identifying patterns, trends, and predictive indicators to address key business problems.
• Manage and analyze large datasets, deriving insights to improve patient care and reduce costs.
• Present findings in a clear and impactful manner to facilitate understanding by management.
• Work in cross-functional teams to address non-standard requests and contribute to organizational performance and strategic priorities.
• Effectively prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
