ACO Telephone Representative - PT Temporary Role (local remote)

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Tandigm Health is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and patient experience within our doctors' offices in the five-county region of Philadelphia. As a requirement of CMS, beneficiary letters are to be released to beneficiaries notifying them of the relationship with Tandigm. This position is responsible for answering the calls from the mailings and any inquiries related to our relationship with the ACO.

Schedule: Part Time, Temporary role working 4 hours daily, Monday through Friday.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Engage patient during incoming patient calls for the beneficiary ACO mailing in a timely manner
• Answer questions in accordance with the ACO scripting
• Document all calls in the tracker application
• Coordinate and interact with Director regarding successes and challenges of daily operations
• Return missed calls within 24 hours of call
• Contributes to team effort by effectively getting results needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Exceptional Customer Service and Telephone skills
• Proficient with Outlook and Excel
• Strong verbal and listening skills
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively is essential
• Patience when speaking to patient
