Beginning in 1879, we are Linn County's First Children's Human Services agency. We're always evolving to serve the needs of our community. Our programs focus on prevention, treatment and outreach, and serve children and teens of all ages. As a non-profit organization, Tanager is proud to support more than 4,000 kids per year.

Job Details

The Community Based Services Coordinator manages the daily operations and supervision of assigned staff to ensure quality programming and achievement of established Community Based outcomes. This role ensures that all staff functions as members of the team while providing direct and indirect coordination and education regarding health and wellness for clients. This position works directly with children and their families to provide skill-building services addressing their mental health diagnosis while collaborating with other professionals to coordinate services for benefit of the child/family.

Qualifications

Qualified Candidates

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related human services field
• At least one year of previous leadership experience
• Experience of team and client engagement required
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work

Required Special Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and meet the driving requirements of the Agency
