We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and self motivated individual to accurately represent our brand and provide our clients with exceptional customer service.

Our ideal candidate is highly motivated to achieve sales goals and thrives in a commission driven environment. Prior tanning salon experience is desirable.

This is a part time position. We have between 12-25 hours per week available, depending on your availability and what you're looking for.

Requirements:

• Meet sales goals measured weekly/monthly
• Have an outgoing personality and love interacting with customers
• Work shifts are 9-3 or 3-9 on weekdays and 10-5 on weekends
• Complete Smart Tan training and test (similar to food handlers license)
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Able to work alone as well as with a team
• Have reliable transportation to and from work

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
