We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical acute experience and knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively supervise and mentor nursing staff.

Monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

Qualifications:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• BSN required

Ideal candidate: surgical or ICU experience or ED experience – any PCU/ICU/Surgical experience or step down experience is a great fit.
