We are looking for energetic, personable Fundraising Associates to help our charity partners expand into new markets. This position is entry-level and has the opportunity to progress into a leadership role.

Core Responsibilities:

• Staff promotional events daily with our retail partners and generate donations via our customer acquisition process
• Gain extensive training to improve interpersonal skills
• Attend daily meetings designed to further leadership development
• Guide customers through and explain the value of their donation
• Proactively build value in our clients’ services by strategically presenting promotions to customers
• Implement marketing strategies cohesively with team members

• Prior experience in retail, sales, and/or hospitality
