Job Overview:
Tampa Bay United Soccer Club is a leader within the youth soccer environment. We strive to promote a safe, healthy and fun learning environment for our players. A new season is approaching and we are currently looking for youth soccer coaches to lead teams in various age groups.
All practices and home games will be held at Wesley Chapel District Park.
Duties:
- Plan and deliver effective soccer training sessions
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, techniques, and strategies
- Develop players' physical fitness, coordination, and agility
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their performance on and off the field
- Create game plans and strategies for matches
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play among players
- Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions and matches
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies
- Previous experience working with students or athletes in a coaching capacity
- Communication skills to effectively educate and motivate players
- Ability to adapt coaching methods to suit the needs of individual players or teams
- Passion for soccer and a commitment to player development
