As a Recovery Services Rep. you will be directly responsible for the administrative work assigned to include Bankruptcy, Recovery, Collection, Negative Shares or Repossession.

Recovery Services Rep. Job Responsibilities:

• Perform any and all administrative processes assigned I relation to Bankruptcy, Repossession, Recovery (garnishments, judgments, settlements), CPI, Negative Shares and other areas of responsibility
• Document, review and upload to IDOC
• Send assignments to attorney and/or collection agency, follow up on status
• File legal responses (with courts, assignments, recovery and sale of vehicle, etc.) when required
• Process payments, refunds, etc. to accurately reflect status of loan
• Document account queues to demonstrate actions taken
• Collateral protection coverage on all credit union collateral, CPI maintenance
• Prepare daily and monthly reports

Recovery Services Rep. Experience:

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience in customer service, including time spent in preparatory positions
• Above average organizational skills and attention to detail as documents and information is time sensitive

Recovery Services Rep. Education:

• High School education or GED required
