- Develop and maintain digital production training materials such as process flow diagrams, SOPs, Standard Work Plans and Job Breakdown
- Create and maintain a master list for production employee training and
- Maintain documents in conjunctions with TAMKO's document retention
- Review documentation regularly to ensure accuracy and
- Develop and maintain employee training master
- Work with managers and supervisors to select and train production
- Conduct training modules with operations employees
- Certify and re-certify production employees on production tasks/processes.
- Solicit certification feedback and training updates from trainers and plant management.
- Work with process owners to identify and document critical
- Coordinate with operators to collect and update
- Develop qualification and training tests based on
- Create troubleshooting checklists for quality processes.
- Serve as Operations liaison on maintenance
- Help facilitate new hire orientations.
- Help facilitate RCPEs and AARs
- Bronze belt certification preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus three years related experience and/or training.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
- There is no overtime or rotating shift requirement.
