Rover (Janitorial)

As a Rover at TamCare Services, you will help backfill for call-offs, schedule openings, and extra coverage to support janitorial functions.

• You will be an ESSENTIAL FRONTLINE TEAM MEMBER, trained and ready to take on a variety of responsibilities and tasks,
• You will be trained in Tamcare’s cleaning and disinfecting practices using green-sealed certified supplies and equipment.

As a Rover at TamCare Services, you will be traveling to different locations to help backfill for call-offs, schedule openings, and extra coverage to support in janitorial functions.

Responsibilities

Success Criteria

• Ability to travel to multiple sites during shifts assuring quality of work
• Filling in for call-offs and stepping in to assist the team in cleaning
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Assist in assuring locations maintain clean work area
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
• Fill in during staff shortages and call-offs.
• Support area lead in completing punch-list items
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Understand reporting systems and the environment
• PASS a background check.
• Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines per CDC and OSHA.
• Reliable Transportation.

Key Accountabilities (when filling in for call-offs)

• Vacuuming
• Edging
• Dusting
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms
• Window cleaning
• Cleaning carpets and tile
• Emptying trash and transporting it to the proper disposal area
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• May perform other duties as assigned
