As a Rover at TamCare Services you will be traveling to different locations to help backfill for call offs, schedule openings, and extra coverage to support in janitorial functions.

Responsibilities
Success Criteria
- Ability to travel to multiple sites during shift assuring quality of work
- Filling in for call offs and stepping in to assist team in cleaning
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
- Assist in assuring locations maintain clean work area
- Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
- Fill in during staff shortage and call offs.
- Support area lead in completing punch-list items
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand customer service and satisfaction
- Understand reporting systems and the environment
- PASS a background check.
- Comply with social distancing requirements and safety guidelines per CDC and OSHA.
- The team member must wear provided TamCare apparel and personal protective equipment, when necessary, in accordance with position and OSHA requirement
- Reliable Transportation.
Key Accountabilities (when filling in for call offs)
- Vacuuming
- Edging
- Dusting
- Cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms
- Window cleaning
- Emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal area
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- May perform other duties as assigned

- Build respectful relationships with all teammates and guests
- Willingness to take directions from the Cleaning Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
