About the Job:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care; including assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation and documentation using the nursing process and in accordance with the policies and standards of AMC/HMC. This role collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; and delegates patient care appropriately based on licensure and ability.

Staff Nurse I
A registered professional nurse who performs direct nursing care under immediate direction of a nurse manager or charge nurse on an assigned floor or unit. This includes recently graduated registered nurses or refresher nurses during their probationary period and throughout the period of time that is considered to be orientation time until such time that they are functioning as a Staff Nurse II.
Staff Nurse II
A registered professional nurse who performs direct and indirect patient care on an assigned unit under the general supervision of the nurse manager and who is qualified to assume charge nurse responsibilities.
