Tallwoods Care Center is currently looking for a Part Time Weekend Activities/Receptionist Position. You will be trained to work

in both departments as a Temp; Saturday & Sunday Day and Night sifts.

Tallwoods Care Center is a skilled nursing facility currently looking for Activities Staff Members for Part Time Weekend Afternoon/Evening shifts We offer a great work environment and a positive atmosphere. Candidates must be well organized, professional, and most important have a passion to care for our residents.

Responsibilities of Activities Assistants:

• Assist in activities with the residents.
• Play a vital role in our residents' well-being by planning and promoting recreation-based activities that stimulate the mind and body and promote social interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
• Direct visitors to the appropriate units etc:
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain Front Desk Area by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
