Tall Pine Logistics is a DSP (Delivery Service Partner) with Amazon. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and materials. Your excellent communication skills and ability to analyze data will ensure the smooth flow of operations.

Duties:
- Communicate with drivers and warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze transportation data to optimize routes and improve efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Monitor driver performance and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of logistics operations

Requirements:

-Must be able to speak English and Spanish proficiently
- Previous experience in logistics is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
