Training and pay structure

• 2 week training with store manager to ensure success and deliver premium customer service.
• Base pay PLUS monthly commission BONUS on everything you sell (no minimum target to qualify) we pay you for what you sell no matter how much you sell.
• Average sales rep bonuses out between $500 and $1000 monthly. Top Performers average between $1000 and $1500 monthly. (This is on top of your hourly pay)
• Manager Bonus Potential of $8000 a year.

General Duties

• Understand customers needs and help them discover how our products meet their needs
• Must posses a competitive drive and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced team environment
• Educate and engage customers through demonstrations, social media marketing and going out of the store to engage customers.
• Provide excellent customers service skills to all customers

The ideal sales representative will be able to perform the following duties with little to no accommodations:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required.
• Complete all aspects of the opening and closing the store following written procedures
• Ability to operate a personal computer and wireless equipment
