CPA, Active Member of Bar or Certified Member of Institute for Professionals in Taxation (CMI).

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: partnership tax compliance, public accounting practices, production of tax returns and their supporting work papers for the financial services industry, audit defense, and tax consulting.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the preparation of partnership tax forms, including K-1s, FAS 109, FIN 48, tax controversy and tax structuring.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in identifying and addressing client needs, building solid relationships with clients, developing an awareness of firm services, communicating with clients in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success to identify target clients and generate new business or expand current service offerings while collaborating across different teams and business units.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member, understanding personal and team roles, and contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members. Ability to proactively seek guidance, clarification, and feedback while providing guidance, clarification, and feedback to less-experienced staff.
Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a tax technical professional, researching business and industry trends to develop a point of view to leverage in assisting with proposals, considering opportunities across multiple lines of service.
