As a Facilities TD Technician - Mechanical your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of building and facility equipment, fixtures and systems.
  • Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain a wide variety of facility plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating and cooling systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance duties. Assignments are semi routine in nature.
  • Work performed within generally defined parameters.
  • Normally receives general instructions on most work.

This role (shift 7) is for a dayshift compressed workweek on the later half of the week. Shift 7 works Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must have at least one of the following:

  • Associate of Arts or Associate of Science, Degree in Mechanical, Engineering Technology or related field with 1 years of experience
  • 6 years of experience in facilities or maintenance plumbing mechanical electrical heating and cooling systems in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Maximo and CDOCs, SPEED.
  • 1 years of experience with: Industrial mechanical systems operations and/or vibration analysis.
