JobResponsibilities:

•Checking guests in and out

•Receiving and managing reservationsmade online and via telephone

•Verifying guests' payment methodsduring check-in

•Assigning rooms to guests andinforming them of any specials offered by the hotel

•Organizing transport services forguests at their request

•Providing guests with informationabout the hotel and the area

•Staying informed on attractions thatmay be of interest to guests

JobRequirements:

•High school qualification or equivalent

•One year of client-facing customerservice experience is preferred

•Strong written and verbalcommunication skills

•Well-presented and professionalappearance

•Competency with Microsoft Officeproducts

•Ability to learn on the job

•Excellent customer service skills

•Must have flexible schedule and ability to work some weekends andholidays

•Ability to adapt and stay calm in challenging situations
