• Recruiting and training salon leaders and stylists.
• Beauty school visits/presentations.
• Ensuring excellent customer service levels acrosssalons.
• Training new stylists.
• Ensuring operational efficiency in each salon.
• Ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent acrosseach salon.
• Ensuring that the salons are under their supervisionadhere to company and industry regulations and standards.
• Ensuring that all salons meet safety and cleanlinessstandards.
• Managing the budget and ensuring that each salonoperates within the budget.
• Addressing operational problems and human resourcesissues that arise.
• Liaising between individual salons and companyheadquarters.
• Making recommendations for improving performance tosenior management.

Requirements:

• Must have 5 years of experience working in salonswith both male and female clientele.
• Must have 3 years of salon leadership experience.
• Must be motivated to learn and grow salon teams.
• Must be able to attend weekly calls with companyleadership and salon leaders.
• Must be comfortable with computers and be willing totroubleshoot when necessary.
• Must be able to work behind the chair consistentlywhen needed.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to driveto each salon location within Miami-Dade County (car allowance will beprovided).
