Summary:
Our client is seeking a Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in overseeing healthcare, education, and/or commercial construction projects with project values ranging from $1 million to $50 million. Experience in healthcare projects is preferred.
What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise all stages of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and up to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and organize construction activities, overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and other involved parties.
• Manage on-site teams, providing guidance and maintaining productivity and safety protocols.
• Interpret construction blueprints, enforce compliance with regulations, and promptly resolve any on-site issues to keep projects on course.
• Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns that may arise.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize delays and budget overruns, ensuring efficient achievement of project objectives.

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of five years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare, education, and/or commercial construction projects
• Experience managing projects ranging from $1 million to $50 million.
• Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage on-site teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and enforce regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
