TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is Hiring a Project Manager Near Peoria, AZ

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Project Manager to join our client's team, specializing in high-end retail tenant improvement projects and restaurant buildouts. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning:

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  2. Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
  3. Budget Management:

    • Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial goals.
    • Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
  4. Client Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and positive relationships.
    • Communicate project status, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Quality Control:

    • Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks.
  6. Risk Management:

    • Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
    • Respond promptly to issues and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  7. Travel Coordination:

    • Effectively plan and manage travel logistics for project needs.
    • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in diverse locations.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:

    • The ideal candidate is based in the greater Phoenix area and can travel to construction jobsites throughout the country for key project milestones. A candidate who can outline prior experience working on high-end retail tenant improvement projects and/ or restaurant buildouts will get great consideration.
  2. Skills:

    • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  3. Communication:

    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  4. Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Six-Figure Base Salary /- (Range depending on experience and interview performance)
