Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various systems and equipment within our facility. This includes performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall functionality of our facilities.

Duties:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty equipment or components
- Troubleshoot issues with precision measuring instruments, logic controllers, and other technical equipment
- Fabricate and weld components as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for repairs and maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations of the facility
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols
- Provide field service support as required

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, industrial electrician work, high voltage systems, hydraulics, and other relevant areas
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and logic controllers
- Ability to fabricate and weld components as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
