Our client is one of the largest commercial real estate brokerages in the US and their well-positioned and growing Pittsburgh Office needs the instincts and creativity of a savvy Marketing Coordinator. Here you'll oversee and implement Social Media, Events, Collateral Design, Pitch Decks and more.
The firm is on fire and continuing to expand their highly visible presence in the region. The atmosphere is electric and certainly not Groundhog Day. Here you can put all your skills to work to drive the brand and support their most important initiatives.
The starting salary is $55,000 - $65,000 plus a very friendly benefit package and advancement opportunities. If you’re looking for action, this is the place!
Duties:
- Lead in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
- Support sales efforts by providing marketing materials and assisting with lead generation activities
- Lead in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Maintain the company website using WordPress or other content management systems
- Write compelling copy for various marketing materials including emails, blog posts, and advertisements
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with print advertising processes and best practices
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other Google platforms
- Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Knowledge of content management systems for website maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong copywriting abilities
- Understanding of content marketing strategies and tactics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must
