Title: Commercial Roofing Project Manager

The Roofing Company is looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to add to their growing team! The Roofing Company is an award-winning full-service roofing contractor specializing in residential and commercial roofing projects in Granby and the surrounding mountain counties. The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that schedules and budgets are followed. If you are looking for a rewarding career with a growing company, this is the position for you!

What you’ll be doing:

The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will be responsible for managing crews of up to 25 people, while also managing multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll be working closely with internal crews, other managers and ownership, coordinating with general contractors and talking directly with clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop detailed descriptions of jobs and materials needed to complete project.
• Schedule and coordinate projects and budget the time needed to meet each deadline.
• Ensure safety standards and guidelines are followed on the jobsite and that all safety codes are met during construction.
• Communicate directly with clients and contractors.
• Keep to the budget and when issues arise, make quick and necessary adjustments.
• Communicate and oversee change orders, and additions to the scope of work, with The Roofing Company team as well as the client and contractor.
• Manages and leads actions that are needed due to delays, weather, or emergencies at the construction site.
• Transport material to jobsites as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ construction experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, specifications and regulations.
• Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish speaking skills preferred, although not required.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Must be able to travers and inspect all areas of a jobsite, in all types of weather; this may include walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, and/or stretching.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climbing up and down ladders.

Compensation:

The Roofing Company offers a comprehensive compensation package including competitive salary, annual bonus potential, health benefits including dental and vision insurance, PTO, paid Holidays and MORE. The salary for this role is based on experience and could be in the range of $75,000-85,000 per year. This position does offer bonus potential!
