Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance, calibration, installation, and repairs
- Create schedules for the maintenance department
- Work with production managers to maintain maintenance standards
- Arrange for outside contractors for specific maintenance assignments
- Communication changes in process and documentation
- Manage training programs for new equipment
- Assist engineering with the installation and startup of new equipment
- At least 5 years of maintenance management experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred
- At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong skill-sets in hydraulics, pneumatics, and preventive maintenance plans
