Job Title: District Manager

Location: Fort Myers, Florida - 33901 / Cape Coral, Florida - 33914 (ONSITE)

Pay Rate: Full-time/Yearly

Job Descriptions:

Must-Haves:

• 5 years of Multi-Unit Operations experience in retail, restaurant, hotel, leasing, rental, or other customer service operation with responsibility for operating 10 stores.
• Passion for hiring, developing, and retaining top talent for delivering legendary customer experiences.
• Experience with controllable expenses and effective management of expenses.
• Longevity in a position.
• District Manager, Area Manager, or similar title. Must live or be able to relocate to Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Charlotte Park Area.

Nice-To-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Local candidate is ideal. We will provide relocation if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
