Working closely with airport operators, airlines and aircraft manufacturers, we design, manufacture and maintain a diverse range of advanced GSE -including in-ground fueling pits, fuel isolation valve pits and utility in-ground pits - that help our clients reduce tarmac congestion, improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

As Field Service Technician, you will :

• Maintain, service, inspect, test, start-up, troubleshoot, repair and modify GSE, fiberglass fuel pits, fuel pit covers, utility hatch pits, utility pop-up pits and the inertial components including associated accessories.
• Coordinate with Engineering, project management, spare parts and management groups to resolve escalated problems.* Respond to emergency calls for repairs and service.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner, maintain good housekeeping, tool control and adhere to all safety policies, including but not limited to OSHA Confined Space, lock out / tag out, proper PPE utilization and safe driver practices.
• Adhere to all Federal, State, Local and Company policies, including but not limited to OSHA and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Achieve expected quality standards and delivery of services in accordance with contractual obligations and company standards.
• Assist the parts department with recommended spare parts to existing and new customers.* Perform other duties as assigned by the Field Service Site Manager.
• Provide written service $ expense reports to supervisor on all activities carried out on site and complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Majority of work is performed at commercial Airports located within the United States and Overseas* Travel is planned in advance when possible, however, expect to travel on short notice.

Must have knowledge in the principles of confined space, working in fuel enriched environment, working with hazardous materials, and documented by completion of a technical training course.

• Working knowledge of Windows and MS Office Suite Qualifications* Preferred to have documented experience working with and around aviation fueling equipment and / or in the manufacturing of ground fueling equipment.
• Must possess / obtain Confined Space Certificate and Respiratory Fit Certificate* OSHA 10 Certification or ability to attain one
• Clear Criminal and Driving Records* Current, valid Driver's License
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with valid U.S. passport
