We are seeking an experienced Painter for a 2-3 month project but could be longer. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to manufactured products according to strict specifications. This includes surface preparation, masking, paint application (spray and/or brush), and ensuring a clean work environment. All painting will be in a manufacturing environment on various equipment.

Pay : $20.00

Location: Benson, AZ

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking
• Apply paint using spray guns, rollers, or brushes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Mix and match paints according to formulas
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards
• Inspect painted parts for defects

Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial painting techniques (a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift and maneuver moderate weight
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
