Talent Framework is seeking an RV Technician! This is a start-up manufacturer of recreational vehicles and the maker of the world’s first, true all-season RV. We are seeking a highly motivated, mechanically inclined individual to join our team where they will further develop their skillset while adding new skills to their toolset.

The RV Technician will follow detailed manufacturing manuals, guides and procedures to install components and systems using hand and power tools, as well as automated and semi-automated manufacturing aids to build the RV. As a member of our small (but quickly growing), dedicated team, you will work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure that the vehicles are built to detailed specifications with a high degree of safety and an eye for world-class quality.

Required Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Trade or 2-year degree preferred.
• Previous automotive, manufacturing or construction skills an asset, specialty automotive and/or RV manufacturing experience a bonus.
• Electrical or plumbing/HVAC certification a bonus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
