The Position

Our client is looking for an AP/AR Coordinator to assist and share in the Company’s accounts payable and accounts receivable processing functions.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Owning accounts payable functions, including entering high volume of vendor invoices into ERP system, maintaining AP aging, and communicating with vendors payments and invoice inquires
• Verifying and confirming proper approval of vendor invoices with Company leaders
• Assisting with cash application

Qualifications and Candidate Background

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 years of experience as an AP clerk
• Experience with ERP systems, Netsuite preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

Location

This position reports 5 days/week to Norco, CA (office hours 7:30am-4pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
