Recruiting Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage candidate background checks through a third-party vendor.
- Validate documentation provided in HireRight against the candidate resume.
- Reach out, via email, to candidates to capture missing documentation or information that requires clarification.
- Adjudicate background checks using guidelines.
- Support new Identity Verification Program
- Candidate Follow-up
- Hiring Manager Follow-up
- Updating spreadsheets
- Support other HR and Recruiting operations projects as outlined by documentation provided.
Reporting experience would be a plus (SQL and standard reporting)

- Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality.
- Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and deadlines.
- High degree of attention to detail, and excellent organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient at handling high volumes of work and multi-tasking
- Proficient in use of MS Office or GSuite, specifically Gmail, Sheets and Docs
- Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
