Recruiting Specialist

Santa Clara, CA 95054 (Hybrid)

8 months Contract

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate background checks through a third-party vendor.
  • Validate documentation provided in HireRight against the candidate resume.
  • Reach out, via email, to candidates to capture missing documentation or information that requires clarification.
  • Adjudicate background checks using guidelines.
  • Support new Identity Verification Program
  • Candidate Follow-up
  • Hiring Manager Follow-up
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Support other HR and Recruiting operations projects as outlined by documentation provided.

Reporting experience would be a plus (SQL and standard reporting)

  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and deadlines.
  • High degree of attention to detail, and excellent organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient at handling high volumes of work and multi-tasking
  • Proficient in use of MS Office or GSuite, specifically Gmail, Sheets and Docs
  • Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
