We are looking for an Administrator to join our warehouse team and with their primary responsibility being loading software on tablet devices for our clients.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for following the work instructions to select the appropriate settings and load the software on the tablet devices.

You will also record the serial numbers of the devices in Excel, transfer the completed devices in our NetSuite system, and rebox the devices for shipping.

You will work in a station that allows you to stand or sit, but it is not a desk job.

To be successful as an Administrator, you should have basic computer literacy, including email and Excel skills. You should also be able to follow instructions, pay attention to details, and work efficiently.

You do not need higher education or deep knowledge of network devices for this role. You should be able to lift and move boxes of devices using pallet jacks.

Software Loader Responsibilities :

• Follow the work instructions to select the correct settings and load the software on the tablet devices using a computer.
• Record the serial numbers of the devices in Excel and transfer the completed devices in NetSuite.
• Rebox the devices and bring them to shipping using pallet jacks.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of the software loading process and report any issues or errors.

Software Loader Requirements :

• Basic computer literacy, including email and Excel skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, pay attention to details, and work efficiently.
• No higher education or deep knowledge of network devices required.
• Ability to lift and move boxes of devices using pallet jacks.
• Experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations preferred.
