Job Title - Supply Analyst
Job Location - Collegeville, PA
Job Duration - 1 - 4 Month(s)
Working Hours - Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Description/Comment:

  • Support and manage supply chain data to ensure reporting is accurately completed to meet the time critical schedule for the regions/business units to receive critical operational reporting to perform their daily functions.

Job Accountabilities (Duties and Responsibilities)

  • Manage the daily update extractions of all Peoplesoft Queries required to be refreshed into the Power BI platform.
  • This needs to be completed 2X per day.
  • There are 10 queries that need to be refreshed.
  • Synthesize sophisticated datasets to ensure correct and accurate information is extracted from PeopleSoft.
  • For Transaction Register, Receipts and Shipments queries need to be folded into existing files.
  • Store information in the corresponding designated file for proper upload to the one drive.
  • Daily refresh, publish and subscribe of each BI report to the cloud meeting mission critical requirements.

Education

  • BA/BS degree, Supply Chain Management or Data Management degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of four (4) years experience in Materials, Warehousing, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Operations or equivalent
  • Knowledge of database relationship acumen
  • Self-starter with an ability to successfully lead through ambiguity and prioritize multiple priorities.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in data management
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, etc) and able to manipulate complex data sets
  • Knowledgeable in working in Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with ERP and Inventory Management Systems

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
