Location : Georgetown, KY 40324
Travel : 50% - Depends on the business need
Overtime : Yes, 50% during weekends, shutdown, and holidaysRM Notes3 years' experience preferred in quality.
Checking body welding tooling and part accuracy, using Vectorarm, Perceptron, & FARO portable CMM equipment.
Gathering part information from Digital Engineering systems. Checking part quality using hand tools and quality checking fixtures.
Supporting Sheet metal Sub-assy and Body build trials and activities during pre-production events.
Troubleshooting equipment, tooling, parts, and part fitting
Analyzing part and sub-assembly data and provide feedback to project leader(s)
Job DescriptionRequired Skills (Must Have):
- Automotive Quality experience (Aerospace will also work).
- Capable of using Vectorarm, FARO, scanners, or similar portable CMM equipment.
- Strong Computer skills, including MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Able to create and maintain schedules.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, off shifts, and overtime.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to handle medium to heavy physical work.
- Knowledge of DE tools related to Welding (3D Magic, PolyWorks, Catia).
