Job Title: Clerical Operations Processors
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: 3-4 months contract extension provided
Requirements
Performs general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature receiving.
Receive, log, batch, and distributing work.
File, photocopy, and answer phones.
Support Operations; seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures.
Perform routine operational support tasks.
Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues.
Interact with client personnel on basic information.
Required Qualifications: 6 months of Operations support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Clerical: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Clerical Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
- Warehouse Operations: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
