Job Description:

RN to patient ratio:

· 1:4, ranging from young adult to geriatric

Responsibilities:

· Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports.

· Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects and reactions.

· Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.

· Recording patient vital signs and medical information.

· Ordering medical diagnostic and clinical tests.

· Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or changes in patient conditions.

Skills:

· Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing preferred.

· Associate degree in nursing is considered only with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN Program

Education:

· Required: RN License, Primary Source Verification, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS,
