Facility: Humboldt Park Health

Location: 1044 N Francisco Ave, Chicago, IL 60622

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: ASAP

Shift Requirements: 12 hr Days, Nights & every other weekend and holiday rotation

Payrate: $60- $62 an hour

Required :

Minimum Experience: 2 years - acute hospital experience

Certifications: IL RN, AHA BLS, CPI (Blue Card)

Charting Experience: Meditech preferred.
