Hours: 40 hours a week

Experience - Must have at least 3 years in LPN

Pay Rate:

Hourly - $42 to $44

Weekly - $1750 to $1788

Travel Bonus - $250

Sign on bonus - $250

Completion bonus - $250

Referral bonus -$500
