About the Job
The Project Manager at Restoration Management Company oversees multiple claims and jobs, directs lead technicians, and manages work orders, with responsibilities from job initiation to completion. They ensure adherence to deadlines, adjust schedules, obtain structural samples for asbestos/mold/lead testing, and prepare accurate work orders. Project Managers conduct job inspections, recommend further work, ensure timely invoicing, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, market company services, and collaborate on bids. They support safe workplace practices and may be on-call as part of a rotation. Essential qualifications include a valid driver’s license, knowledge of safety standards, project management experience, leadership skills, time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Xactimate is a plus). Industry certifications and OSHA 10 certification are desirable. Physical requirements include climbing, reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, wearing PPE, and working in various conditions.
