Hybrid Social Worker (LCSW/LMFT) - Beaverton, OR

Job Description:
We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide counselling services to individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to collect information about clients' backgrounds, issues, and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and preferences.
• Provide therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families to address mental health concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care.

Qualification/Experience:

• Master of Social Worker degree required
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure therapy experience

Licenses/Certifications:

• Valid LCSW/LMFT license in Oregon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
