About the Job
Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is currently seeking a Facility Technical Manager to oversee the technical maintenance of our dialysis facility, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical equipment, water treatment systems, and physical plant. Responsibilities include supervising technical employees, selecting outside service contractors, and developing policies and procedures for equipment maintenance and safety. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of dialysis experience within the last 4 years, and a minimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a medical/technical environment. Additionally, candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to effectively communicate and interpret documents.
