We are conducting a search for a highly skilled and experienced Controller/Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial activities of the organization while ensuring strict adherence to GAAP standards and providing precise and timely financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial operations, including general ledger and balance sheet reconciliation
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP standards
• Implement and uphold financial policies and procedures for efficiency and internal controls
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to maintain financial stability
• Collaborate with departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
• Prepare data for annual audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies
• Provide guidance and training on financial concepts as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of GAAP standards
• Proficiency in SAP or similar accounting software
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
